  • Consultants are the face of Botanica, and if you’re excited about interacting with the public and feel like hospitality and service are in your blood, then this is the perfect role for you.

    Consultants are responsible for facilitating legal cannabis sales transactions, and spend a lot of time educating customers on product selection and methods of consumption. While basic cannabis product knowledge is preferred, we value a willingness to learn above all else and will happily teach the right candidate all we know.

    Successful candidates will exude integrity, confidence, and dedication. You should have excellent conversational skills, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to multi-task. If you’re passionate about design, music, art, food, or culture you’ll fit right into our team!

    This is a part-time, hourly job, beginning at 20 hours per week. Consultants must have four days of availability each week, including one weekend day.

  • Love digging in the garden and getting dirt under your fingernails? If you can stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time and like getting your hands dirty, this might be the job for you!

    Cultivation Assistants work in Botanica’s cultivation facility. They help with day-to-day plant management, propagation, harvest, and trimming. Working with cannabis plants is no easy task, and you can expect to alternate between sweaty, freezing, and physically tired in this role!

    Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, motivated, and take direction well. If green is your favorite color and you meticulously plan your summer backyard garden, this job will be a good fit.

    This is a part-time, hourly job, beginning at 15 hours per week. Cultivation Assistants must have a minimum of three days of availability each week, Monday-Friday.
